Key Responsibilities
  • Optimization and Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and reliability of our FMCS and electrical systems.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate standards in FMCS and electrical systems, maintaining a strong working relationship with local authorities.
  • Capacity Planning and Monitoring: Design and implement effective capacity monitoring and planning processes to ensure timely demand fulfillment in FMCS and electrical systems.
  • Technology Roadmap and Documentation: Define and maintain technology roadmaps, specifications, databases, and documentation for FMCS and electrical systems, aligning with local and corporate requirements.
  • Project Execution and Support: Provide technical support for project execution, including feasibility studies, budgeting, design criteria, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, and reporting.
  • Industry 4.0 Initiatives: Lead and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives for the department, contributing to productivity, efficiency, and automation.
  • Technical Expertise and Collaboration: Serve as a local site technical expert representative for discussion and collaboration within the Facility Management Cluster.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechatronics)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Facilities Management or a related field/industry, preferably in semiconductor facilities management/services/engineering.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, strong teamwork attitude, multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced with Siemens PCS7 and/or Tridium is an added advantage.
