CTN Interior Solutions is a leading provider of interior design services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Layout Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and be able to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements and determining optimal furniture placement.
A minimum of 4 years of working experience in fit-out / office / interior design projects is preferred, with expertise in AutoCAD & 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and producing presentation materials. Additionally, the successful candidate will mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.
To succeed in this role, you must be a Malaysian citizen with at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior / Architecture Design or equivalent. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
