Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to our executive team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and workflow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Analyze problems and develop creative solutions, working closely with our executives to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage complex schedules and projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of scheduling software and other relevant tools.
