Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team at IT Usaha Engineering.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist and support in all HR-related works, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, company activities & etc.

- Maintain and monitor attendance records, leave records & etc.

- Prepare statutory payments and liaise with government statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO & etc.

- Manage personal files in both hard and soft copies, ensuring information is up-to-date.

- Plan and organize company events/activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Administration:

- Implement and control company policies.

- Ensure the smooth running of the company's overall administrative function.

- Prepare and handle documentations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience.

- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is preferable; knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.

- Good people skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.
