Human Resource / Administration Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates through advertisement/university and colleagues, screening resumes, and coordinating to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
  2. Conduct background checks and coordinate offer letters and onboarding processes for new hires.

Employee Records:

  1. Assist in checking the staff daily attendance and provide monthly latecomers report.
  2. Update staff medical records, leave records, entitlement records, and provide quarterly reports.
  3. Assist in administering staff medical benefits and medical claims.
  4. Provide monthly manpower report and whenever necessary.

Training and Development:

  1. Assist in organizing in-house training programs.
  2. Assist in administering staff training.
  3. Update staff training records.

Administration:

  1. Assist in conducting new staff orientation and documentation.
  2. Assist in administering employee probation's employment contract dates and resignation, and do all necessary documentation processes as required by internal procedures and statutory requirements.
  3. In charge of the employment pass/visa application process.
  4. Manage and oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth office operations.

Others:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for all HR and admin-related inquiries.
  2. Assist with day-to-day operations of the human resource and administration functions and duties.
  3. Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Required knowledge to perform Human Resource job well with minimal guidance.
  2. Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  3. Consistently fulfill all job responsibilities and inspire staff or colleagues as a role model.
  4. Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing, and observation skills.
  5. Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
