Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions in our database, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Response Time: Meet deadlines for responding to customer enquiries and cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conflict Resolution: Utilize conflict resolution techniques to address customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile monthly reports and analysis to support business growth and development.
- Education: Hold a minimum Diploma/Higher Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Possess at least 3 years' working experience in Customer Service or Administrative functions; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added asset.
- Skills: Demonstrated customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
