  6. Reporting and Analysis: Compile monthly reports and analysis to support business growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Education: Hold a minimum Diploma/Higher Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Possess at least 3 years' working experience in Customer Service or Administrative functions; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added asset.
  4. Skills: Demonstrated customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
