Job DescriptionAbout the Role:This Logistics and Administration Professional position requires a highly skilled individual to manage various responsibilities across the logistics and administration departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform material code creations.
- Process procurement requests by preparing management papers, raising purchase requisitions, and following through subsequent procurement processes.
- Verify invoices using Readsoft verify system and process invoices via GAPIM with correct details.
- A diploma or degree certificate in administration or supply chain is required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to speak, write, and read in English, Malay, and Chinese.
- SAP knowledge on MM and WM modules is an advantage, along with proficiency in office productivity tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
