Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Prepare and submit statutory forms and annual returns under the guidance of the company secretary.
  • Liaise with external parties to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of company secretarial matters.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the company secretary in various aspects of corporate secretarial functions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in administration or related field.
  • Candidates currently pursuing ICSA course are eligible to apply.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and prior experience is not necessary.
  • Candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Language and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin will be beneficial.
