**Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and acquire new motorcycle dealers through established partnerships and other sales channels.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing and potential motorcycle dealers.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on dealer applications, verifying their credibility and financial stability.
  • Negotiate and finalize facility agreements with dealers, guaranteeing clear terms and conditions.
  • Analyze dealer performance data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies to increase revenue.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English and/or Mandarin.
