Sales and Credit Administration Expert

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Credit & Sales Administration functions, including ensuring prompt payment by liaising with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers. This role requires strong technical knowledge of Sales Admin and AR matters, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on SPA, loan arrangement, and monitor collections and documentation of progressive billings, VP, and issuance of strata title, loan progress.
- Manage debtor accounts and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer details in the system.
- Prepare and submit collection reports to senior management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in property development administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and IFCA Developer system.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
