Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Credit Administration Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the property development industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt payment from purchasers by liaising with lawyers and bankers.
  • Monitor and manage collections, resolving debtor issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
  • Prepare regular reports on collections and aging.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of sales administration and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with IFCA Developer system and Microsoft Excel.
