About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Team Leader to lead our Contact Centre team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Contact Centre to achieve outstanding service delivery and meet/exceed KPIs.
  2. Maintain high standards and procedures across the team.
  3. Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  4. Prepare and submit daily reports for management review and other purposes.
  5. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Collaborate with the Manager and Client to identify operational requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Degree-level education or higher
  • Substantial experience in call centre management (minimum 3-4 years)
  • Previous experience in supervisory roles (at least 1 year)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
