Call Centre Team Lead Position for High Achievers

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Team Leader to lead our Contact Centre team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Contact Centre to achieve outstanding service delivery and meet/exceed KPIs.
- Maintain high standards and procedures across the team.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily reports for management review and other purposes.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Manager and Client to identify operational requirements.
- Fluent English communication skills
- Degree-level education or higher
- Substantial experience in call centre management (minimum 3-4 years)
- Previous experience in supervisory roles (at least 1 year)
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Negotiable base salary
- KPI-based allowance (up to RM500.00/month)
- Performance-based annual increments
- Performance-based annual bonuses
