Job Overview

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for facilitating client registration, identifying talent, collaborating with local marketing teams, and acting as a cross-border coordinator. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong ambition for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client registration for secure payment gateways
  • Identify and recruit talent that meets operational needs
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies
  • Act as cross-border coordinator, addressing client inquiries and concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in related field
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated individual with strong ambition for success

Benefits:
