Compensation and Benefits Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team as the Compensation and Benefits Strategist. This role involves developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Design and Implementation- Design and implement total rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, policies, and plans aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and revise job descriptions to ensure alignment with compensation structures.
- Manage job evaluation and grading processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
- Conduct research, benchmarking exercise, evaluate trends, and provide recommendations for benefits and well-being programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and select benefits providers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Educate employees about available benefits and provide ongoing support for benefit-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and legislation related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage and report on any compliance risks associated with compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations and update programs as needed.
