APAC Compensation and Benefits Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing total rewards strategies to ensure alignment with local regulations and best practices.
- Providing strategic guidance on total rewards programs to business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- Collaborating with benefits providers and brokers to negotiate plans and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Managing and leading timeline for a variety of projects, including annual compensation review and incentive processing, pay program designs and compliance, annual salary structure movement, and implementation of new programs.
