Job Description

At Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and projects related to our Data Center infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform Linux OS upgrades and data migrations.
  • Assist with backup and restore for Linux, including plugin installation and configuration.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and troubleshooting skills for Linux OS or performance issues.
  • Ensure all servers/backup infrastructure operate within the agreed SLA (availability, performance, and security).
  • Manage server/backup infrastructure security patches, software/firmware revisions, and supported versions.
  • Manage ADFS, File & Print, KMS, WSUS, and MIM.
  • Handle VMware Virtual Environment and provide Airwatch MDM solutions.
  • Provide support in Linux & Windows environments.
  • Execute projects to ensure delivery according to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage stakeholders and third parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
