Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks, including identifying and assessing potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor our risk profile, including tracking key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and audit, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our risk exposure and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all risk management activities, including assessments, recommendations, and implemented mitigation strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in risk management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial information and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
