Job Description

We are seeking a Clerical Officer Role who can provide exceptional administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  2. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Assist in resolving any administrative problems that may arise.
  4. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and provide timely responses.
  5. Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers.
  7. Maintain office supplies for the department.
