We are seeking an Office Operations Manager to lead the administration function at GAMUDA. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with project teams to provide administrative support and ensure timely access to accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manages day-to-day office activities, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of office operations, projects, and personnel.
- Communication: Handles internal and external communication, ensures prompt response to queries, and maintains positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Support Services: Provides administrative support to project teams, assists with document management, and performs other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
To succeed as an Office Operations Manager, you should possess:
- A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
