Job Overview

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Executive. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our credit card products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To sell and promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product effectively.
  • To ensure all applications are thoroughly reviewed and submitted for approval in a timely manner.
  • To identify and develop new sales opportunities, implementing strategies to consistently increase individual or team achievements.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service, aligning with the high standards set by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad.
  • To adhere to best practices in compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities meet the company's quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of SPM qualification and possess at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree qualifications are also welcome to apply.
  • Working experience in the financial industry is highly advantageous.
  • Possess strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Have own transportation for work-related duties.
  • Be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
  • Able to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Will to travel and work independently under pressure.
