Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist-On-Duty to join our team at SEKAMA PHARMACY SDN BHD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day business operation of our pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and executive all pharmaceutical functions.
  • Counsel clients on medication regimens and health conditions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Dispense medications and recommend suitable health supplements or other products to promote preventive care, aligning with the company's vision and direction.
  • Provide basic health screenings and other related patient care services, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Accountable for the sales of the assigned branch, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for stockholding / inventory control, ensuring accurate records and optimal stock levels.
  • Liaise with the management team to ensure seamless integration of tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese languages.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing a team and driving results.
  • Available for License A Application, with a responsible and accountable approach.
  • Responsible person with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
