Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our Fremantle Ports team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, assisting sales representatives, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Quote Preparation: Prepare and generate quotations for potential and existing clients in a timely manner.
- Sales Order Management: Assist sales representatives in creating and managing sales orders from start to finish.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including correspondence, meetings, and phone calls.
- Inquiries and Product Information: Handle customer inquiries and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, while also supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
- Order Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient logistics.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
