As a key member of the OCBC Bank team, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and identifying trends within the Middle Market segment.

Responsibilities
  • You will report to the Head of Commercial Banking and be responsible for analyzing market data to inform business strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Your expertise in business development will enable you to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive business expansion initiatives.
  • By understanding the needs of Serial Entrepreneurs and Mid-Market customers, you will develop tailored solutions to meet their evolving requirements.
  • With a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, you will collaborate with product sales support to optimize the upsell/cross-sell ratio of clients.
  • You will lead high-performing Relationship Management teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in driving SME business growth nationwide is essential, as well as a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, are critical to this role.
  • Independent initiative-taking and adaptability are must-haves, as you will work with minimal hands-on supervision to drive business growth initiatives.
  • Leveraging your loan product management experience from retail banking, you will develop innovative solutions to drive business expansion.
