Customer Experience Director

The Learning Advisor Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Managing the Customer Success Specialists to achieve monetisation results of existing customers
- Leading the whole Customer Success team to achieve user activity rate and renewal ARR
- Building a strong and target-oriented team with excellent customer services and sales skills
- Developing a scalable methodology for driving high performance in the Customer Success Specialists
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers and business analysts to provide insights and implement solutions to drive higher team performance.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Sales
- At least 1 year of managing or leading a large team
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of English and Chinese languages
- Target driven, data driven, and good analytical skills
