Job Overview

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in all assigned products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily work processes of designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
  2. Analyze needs and develop recommendations for improvements to processes, customer service or products.
  3. Lead short-term projects to drive business results.
  4. Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
Business Objectives
  1. Carry out tasks to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards.
  2. Assess and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Investigate and drive research/analysis around potential business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area
  • OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Sales area
  • AND Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
  • Knowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to be licensed to sell insurance in the states where required
