Job Overview

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks a Sales Performance Manager to lead Branch Development functions and activities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Banking/Financial Industry, with exposure to branch development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily sales performance reports to management, BU, and RBG unit, segmented by region, area, branches, and individual performance for monitoring and improvement purposes.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of each sales performance indicator for improvement in marketing strategies, sales activities planning, and manpower management.
  • Track individual sales staff productivity by product and provide insights to respective RM/AM/UH to plan improved sales activities.
  • Collaborate with AEON Retail on events by coordinating manpower arrangements, target setting, SOP, and post-event review.
Requirements

Degree holder with excellent management, communication, and analytical skills. Strong people management skills and understanding of managerial accounting are required. High adaptability to constant business change is essential.
