Sales Performance Driver

As a member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in driving the sales performance by engaging with potential customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving personal sales performance by achieving targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Proactively following up on leads and attending phone enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
- Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing within the property industry, proven track record of success in a sales role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point).
