Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team at MYS Travel. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources including payroll administration, recruitment programs, and office administration.

Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, Income Tax, and other statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with employees on leave matters, maintaining E-Leave System, and ensuring up-to-date staff information is recorded in the HR System.
  • Manage general office administration, including travel arrangements, stationery supply, and facilities maintenance.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives, maintain recruitment progress reports, talent databases, and conduct interviews as needed.
  • Develop and update organizational charts, employee handbooks, performance appraisal forms, SOPs, policies, memos, and other HR-related documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Simplified Mandarin Pinyin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with knowledge of HR software and audit firm background.
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and proactive attitude with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of data privacy standards, business principles, and practices.
