  5. Solution Demonstration: Participate in solution demos to showcase new systems to customers, ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding process.
  6. Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with related departments to ensure continuous testing process improvement, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Software Enhancement and Support: Work closely with the R&D team to enhance and customize software solutions, resolving software bugs and related issues.
  8. Customer Support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently.
  4. Testing Experience: Experience in designing and executing testing, with a focus on software testing.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of software testing, with an emphasis on MySQL knowledge.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments and customers.
  7. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of ISO compliance standards or experience in web server and VM are added advantages.
  8. Language Skills: Good communication and writing skills in English and Malay.
