Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled individual to support the sourcing function by performing transactional tasks, sourcing support, and ensuring compliance with best practices, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, fluency in multiple languages, and familiarity with SAP and e-procurement tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Update pricing, resolve invoice discrepancies, and analyze data related to procurement policies and processes.
  2. Assist with request for quotes, bid analysis, and volume tracking for rebates and contracts.
  3. Prepare metrics and analysis for the sourcing function dashboard.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay languages.
  • Familiarity with SAP and e-procurement tools is an advantage.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
