  2. Implement Smart Devices and Sensors: Design and develop the implementation of various smart devices and sensors in the end-to-end IoT applications.
  3. Work with Cloud Platforms: Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and design system architecture based on customer's business requirements.
  4. Prepare Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
  5. Deploy and Test IoT Applications: Hands-on system deployment, execute installation, commissioning, and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  6. Conduct Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing to validate the functionality & performance of the IoT applications, perform system data analysis & troubleshooting.
  7. Provide Aftersales Support: In-charge of aftersales support including system support, preventive maintenance support, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) support.
  8. Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external entities.
  9. Collaborate with Business Development Unit: Collaborate with business development unit in demonstration preparation and proof-of-concept execution.
  10. Provide Technical Suggestions: Assist in providing technical suggestions or ideas for IoT solution proposals.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical/Robotic & Mechatronics/IT or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, or other industry-specific software.
  4. Knowledge: Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with the latest IoT trends and advancements.
  5. Understanding: Strong understanding of IoT concepts, protocols, networking, and architectures and good conceptual understanding of technical solutions.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong interest and capability in data analysis, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting.
  7. Programming Skills: Decent understanding of software programming and database knowledge.
  8. Logical Thinking: Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and ability to react fast in different situations.
  9. Communication Skills: Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
  10. Innovative Mindset: Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new ideas, methodologies, or solution workflows.
