This key role involves overseeing the HR and admin departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

  1. Develop and implement plans to meet HR and admin departmental objectives.
  2. Identify, attract, and select top talent to fill existing vacancies.
  3. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.
  4. Establish and enforce company policies, promoting a compliant work environment.
  5. Handle employee concerns and issues, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
  6. Offer guidance on labor laws and employment act matters to support informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in human resources generalist roles, with 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent understanding of payroll and labor laws.
  • Prior experience in retail or F&B sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages due to business demands.
