Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  2. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  3. Employee Relations:
  4. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  5. Assist in the resolution of employee issues and disputes.
  6. HR Administration:
  7. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  8. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
  9. Manage HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts and letters.
  10. Compliance and Policies:
  11. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  12. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  13. Employee Engagement:
  14. Organize fun, collaborative events like sports, outings or team-building activities to strengthen team bonds and foster a sense of community.
  15. Host company-wide events, celebrations, or holiday parties to create a positive and social atmosphere.

Requirements

  1. Min. requirement Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field, with 2-3 years working experience.
  2. Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  7. Independent & self-motivated.
