Human Resources Executive

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in the resolution of employee issues and disputes.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Manage HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts and letters.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize fun, collaborative events like sports, outings or team-building activities to strengthen team bonds and foster a sense of community.
- Host company-wide events, celebrations, or holiday parties to create a positive and social atmosphere.
Requirements
- Min. requirement Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field, with 2-3 years working experience.
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Independent & self-motivated.
