Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Functions:
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Support the recruitment process, including advertising positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and communicating with applicants.
    • Verify and update employee records in both manual and digital formats, and ensure proper documentation is maintained for easy retrieval.
    • Supervise new employee onboarding, including organizing orientation sessions, addressing questions, preparing onboarding lists, and collecting necessary papers.
  • Office Administration Functions:
    • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets in both physical and digital formats.
    • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, including air conditioners and fire extinguishers, and ensure all necessary licenses are renewed.
