About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our sales growth strategy, you'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and gross margin targets.

You'll lead solution selling and specification placement, identifying customer needs and market opportunities proactively. Your goal is to evaluate opportunity sizes and effectively outline what's needed to win.

In this role, you'll manage the interface between Assa Abloy and stakeholders, improving long-term relationships with customers through superior customer service. You'll develop customer segmentation aligned to coverage priorities and execute technical marketing programs to accelerate reach.

This role requires strong account management skills, building relationships to drive sticky specifications and steer robust coverage plans of targeted key architects. You'll close deals consistently and deliver customer experiences that meet expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
