The Service Desk Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a qualified Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at the Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Investigate incoming IT related incident tickets and resolve them efficiently.
  2. Fulfil IT related service requests, such as creating user accounts.
  3. Support users via call, chat, email, and ticketing tools.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles.

Working with Our Team

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, including our Global functions teams in the Netherlands and other parts of the world. Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach, requiring flexibility around working hours due to our 24x7 rotating shift schedule.
