**Job Summary:**

AEON CO. (M) BHD. is looking for a seasoned Food Safety & Hygiene Supervisor to lead our food safety and halal compliance efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including typhoid vaccination and food handler training.
  • Assisting with visitations and audits from relevant authorities, such as MOH, PBT, and JAKIM.
  • Maintaining HACCP and HALAL system certification at our outlets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
  • Certified Halal Executive (CHIE) or equivalent
