The individual will support the Group Chief ESG Officer and General Manager in delivering industry leading sustainability initiatives for the company. This role will focus on ESG related data collation, analysis, performance monitoring, system establishment, effective awareness, modelling, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Group Chief ESG Officer and General Manager on all matters related to corporate sustainability/ESG.
  • Implement approaches in ESG data (accounting, modelling), monitoring, and reporting.
  • Report and monitor progress, benchmarking indices, and identifying gaps in the company's sustainability programme and materiality assessment.
  • Maintain data integrity at all times while maintaining effective relationships with all data providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments in relation to sustainability reporting and benchmarking practices, ensuring best practice in reporting methodologies is adopted for all outputs from the ESG & Sustainability Team.
  • Assist the sustainability team in other relevant tasks including helpdesk enquiries and production of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to report writing that includes sustainability reports, management papers, and analysis reports.
  • Comply with Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment policies as required by the company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Social Science, or equivalent is required.

Skills & Abilities
  • Presentation of process information through dashboards, modelling, and impact visualisation is essential.
  • Data analysis and validation skills are required to represent data meaningfully and effectively.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Fresh graduates up to 1-2 years of experience in ESG related roles would be advantageous.
