Responsibilities- Record, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in post-incident reviews, assisting in creating reports on incidents and their resolutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, as well as a solid understanding of incident reporting processes and compliance standards.
Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is essential. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
This role requires 1-3 years of experience in incident management or a similar role.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- ITIL certification is desirable but not required.
