We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace software GmbH. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth across APAC by partnering with our field team to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales team to sell the fastest growing monitoring platform using state-of-the-art sales and marketing techniques.
  • Execute and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) onsite, build key relationships with customers, and complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Advise customers on technical matters related to Application Performance Management, Digital Customer Experience, and Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring.
  • Ensure customers optimize their use of Dynatrace and maximize their return on investment.
  • Interact with customers via online tools such as chat, web meetings, forums, and key tradeshows.
  • Closely collaborate with the Technical Support team and the Customer Success Team.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in selling SaaS solutions and understanding all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Ability to partner with the field team to drive high sales growth across APAC.
  • Comfortable engaging early in a deal to help set sales strategy, lead discovery, craft a solution to solve a customer's business need, and validate how Dynatrace's solutions address that need in real-time.
  • Ability to understand a customer's IT infrastructure and software architecture.
