Job Role:
The Incident Resolution Management Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction at Telecontinent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues, developing and implementing effective incident management processes, and communicating regularly with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective incident management processes.
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates and ensure transparency.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and basic ITIL skills.
