We're looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Senior Solution Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue of Belden's Alpha wire and OEM business in Malaysia.
**Job Description:**
- The primary focus of this position is to identify new business opportunities within the assigned accounts and develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed our revenue targets.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver OEM solutions and proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A degree level or above in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business, with a track record of 8+ years of sales experience in the OEM or related industry.
- Foundational knowledge and experience in cable and wire products, with existing connections and networks within the OEM sector, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Results-oriented with a process mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong ownership.
