Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement full social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and overall business goals.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Actively participate in content creation, including video shooting, photography, and editing, to ensure that content is dynamic, engaging, and on-trend.
  • Content Coordination & Execution: Oversee content production across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), working closely with creative teams for visuals and content creators for platform-specific content.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, performance, and PR teams to ensure all content and messaging remain consistent and aligned with the broader marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms, with practical experience in creating and editing social media content (video editing, photo editing, graphic design).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, including shooting and editing videos and photos, for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
