Hiredly X is a leading e-commerce company seeking a skilled Digital Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive brand growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts, informing brand strategy and campaign development.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
  1. Sales-Driven Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns aimed at achieving sales targets and growth objectives, with a focus on driving conversion through the website and other e-commerce channels.
  2. Revenue Optimization: Identify and pursue opportunities for increasing average order value, conversion rate optimization, and repeat purchase rate.
  3. Cost Efficiency: Monitor and manage budget allocation for campaigns, ensuring optimal returns on investment for each initiative.
Customer Engagement and Experience:
  1. Customer-Centric Approach: Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies, focusing on understanding customer needs and preferences.
  2. Enhancing Brand Loyalty: Develop programs and content to drive customer loyalty, including rewards programs, customer testimonials, and engagement initiatives that foster a community around the brand.
  3. Experience Optimization: Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience on all brand touchpoints, including website, social media, and email, to enhance user satisfaction and drive retention.
Requirements:
  1. Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, brand management, or digital marketing.
  2. Campaign Management: Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing successful campaigns aimed at increasing online sales and brand presence.
  1. Technical Skills: E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) and familiarity with influencer partnerships or affiliate marketing to grow brand awareness.
  2. Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools for campaign management and performance tracking, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other analytics platforms.
  3. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs.
  1. Soft Skills: Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset for evaluating data and making data-driven recommendations.
  2. Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
  3. Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to think creatively to develop engaging and effective brand strategies, along with adaptability to respond to changing market trends and consumer needs.
  4. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
