Job Title: Factory Manager

Job Summary:

  • Lead the production team to manage and optimize production processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO requirements.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for production and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands and ensure efficient production operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor and control production efficiency, quality, and costs.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and comply with OSHA, food hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions to improve production quality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve factory operations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the production team.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to manage personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, engineering, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role in a food manufacturing company.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, GMPC, 6S, and other related knowledge.
  • Proficient in production planning and on-site management.
