  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience related to site management and supervision in the Construction Industry.
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines, and possess good communication abilities.
  • Strong creative sense, understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards, and able to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Sound technical knowledge and capable of solving technical and site issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Willing to travel, preferably possessing own transport.
  • Knowledge of Interior Design and M&E works and able to draw detailed drawings (AutoCAD) will be an advantage.
