Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage network security measures to protect our organization's data and infrastructure.
  • Review, implement, and manage firewall policies and configurations to ensure robust network security.
  • Support and manage ZTNA solutions to enforce strict access controls and enhance security.
  • Improve policy orchestration processes to improve security operations efficiency.
  • Support network security assessments and environment analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Support and respond to and resolve network security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into network infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain and update network security documentation, including policies, procedures, and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security technologies and industry best practices to continually improve network defenses.
Requirements
  • Typically has 4+ years relevant experience in IT, with almost 2 years in network security.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, ZTNA, and policy orchestration.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with security incident response and mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing and case management solutions.
