Senior Sales Professional Wanted

Lighthouse Executives is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to drive business growth across Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals, and General Industries in APAC.

This role requires a proven sales leader with deep industry expertise and strong client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for separation, filtration, and gas treatment equipment
  • Manage and mentor sales teams (direct and indirect)
  • Conduct market analysis and position competitive solutions
  • Drive new business generation and cross-selling of existing customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in capital equipment sales (separation, filtration, gas treatment) into Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Refineries, Petrochemical & general industry
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing sales teams or rep agencies
  • Strong technical background in fluid dynamics, filtration, and purification
  • Proven track record in closing high-value, technical sales deals
  • Self-starter, motivated, and results-driven
