The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supply planning, distribution planning, or logistics roles, with proficiency in working with various ERP systems. They will be responsible for generating net requirements for our plants and vendors, preparing supply plans, and developing deployment plans in weekly and monthly buckets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate production requirements from the approved demand plan, ensuring adherence to inventory targets while considering network complexity and supply constraints.
  • Run what-if scenarios to resolve supply/demand gaps and determine feasibility of scenario solutions based on business requests.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Manufacturing) to ensure that produced goods reach the market, thereby mitigating out-of-stock risks within an 18-month horizon.
  • Maintain up-to-date Master Data and ensure system alignment with realistic production processes.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics; or Master's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or MBA.
  2. Proficiency in working with various ERP systems.
  3. Experience in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of navigating diverse cultural dynamics and managing cross-border operations.
  4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various cross-functional stakeholders.
