The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and overseeing operational expenses and capital expenditures.
Key Responsibilities- Annual Sales Budget: Prepare and maintain the Annual Sales Budget by regions, branches, and products.
- Manufacturing Statement: Prepare the Budgeted Manufacturing Statement, Budgeted Profit & Loss Accounts & Tax estimation based on Annual Operation Plan.
- OPEX and CAPEX Management: Overall in charge of OPEX and CAPEX Internal Orders in SAP system.
- Material Consumptions Monitoring: Verify & monitor material consumptions & wastages by the production department and escalate to superior if consumption/wastage is abnormally high.
- Month-End Closing Process: Assist in the month-end closing process for the costing department by running Cost Allocation & COPA.
- Physical Stock Count: Assist in company stock take by conducting the physical count and comparing the physical quantity with the book record. If any variances, report to immediate superior.
- Professional Certificate or Diploma: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance / Accounting and equivalent.
- Working Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- SAP FICO Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP Finance (FICO) will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and organizational skills.
